The focus of this L.A. based Architecture Firm was to provide an office space that created private and collaborative areas, while also keeping COVID considerations in mind. The atmosphere of this space is designed to reflect the beauty and warm colors of a desert and overall encompassed by its name, Rumel, meaning sand in the Arabic language.

Osprey is centered around the goal of a quality and comfortable patient experience. The modern coastal design will create a relaxing atmosphere by incorporating the seaside into the space. This style will be emphasized by a cool color palette and textured sandstone, as well as decorative mosaics and pearl accents.

A Bachelor and Architect, wishes to update his Chicago condo. With limited space and outdated furniture, he hopes to walk into a newly designed space he can call home.  
In order to achieve a desired open-concept feel, the removal of most interior walls was necessary. By moving the kitchen, it allowed for a better flow of traffic and attracts natural light from the large windows. In addition to the clients interest in architecture, many unique architectural elements are added to suit a clean and contemporary style with the addition of contrasting colors.
